Albert Larue was born in Troy, PA on march 5, 1967 to Imogene (Selleck) McNeal and the late Bruce McNeal. He was employed by the Troy Area Schools as a custodian. Albert truly enjoyed every aspect of his job, especially the school’s staff and students.
Albert was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, watching the birds at his feeders and bonfires with his friends and family. Albert always looked forward to going for car rides, especially roads he had never been on before. Not knowing where the roads may lead was the best part and a twenty-minute ride home could take hours. Most important to Albert, was his family and any time he was able to spend with them.
Surviving Albert are his wife: Mary (Mortimer) McNeal, mother; Imogene (Selleck) McNeal, daughters; Sierra Hall and Ashley (Michael) Spencer, step-sons; Daniel (Shellie) Cranmer and Timothy (Danielle) Cranmer, 7 grandchildren, life long best friend; Clifton Heasley, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Albert is predeceased by his father; Bruce McNeal and grandparents; Howard and Geraldine (Rathbun) Selleck and Kenneth (Phyllis) McNeal.
A celebration of Albert’s life will be 3 P.M. on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Albert and Mary’s Home located at 592 Cowley Road, Granville Summit, PA 16926.
